Taglane Terms

By accessing or using Taglane you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date below. Your continued use of Taglane after changes means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Taglane.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the images, captions, and product information you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Taglane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content solely for operating and improving the platform.

You represent that you have the rights to post the products, links, and creative assets you add to Taglane.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their affiliate links comply with applicable laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements.

Taglane does not guarantee commission earnings. Any partnership or payout arrangement you have with merchants remains between you and those merchants.

We may provide analytics on clicks and engagement, but the accuracy of third-party tracking is outside our control.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, hateful, or harassing.

Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform, including scraping, reverse engineering, or introducing malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or applicable law.

You may stop using Taglane at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting support@taglane.io.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, or create legal or security risks for Taglane or our community.

Taglane is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taglane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
