Deliver the product
Operate, maintain, and improve Taglane’s creator tools and public profile experiences.
Support & safety
Respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure.
Analytics
Understand feature usage, measure performance, and build new capabilities for creators.
Communications
Send onboarding tips, product updates, and security alerts. You can opt out of non-essential emails.
We share data with trusted service providers (such as hosting, storage, analytics, and authentication partners) that help us operate Taglane. These partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Taglane’s rights, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
If Taglane is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
You can update most profile information directly within the product settings. For account deletion, email support@taglane.io.
If you are located in the EU, UK, or other regions with data rights, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
We retain account data for as long as you maintain an account. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is required by law.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online service can be completely secure. Please use strong passwords and keep your credentials safe.
Taglane is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact support@taglane.io so we can delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date below and, if changes are material, provide reasonable notice.
